our regular carriers for parcels inside Europe is GLS and DHL.

Packages outside Europe are mainly transported with TNT/FedEx.

In addition, you may need the O-rings you ordered urgently. We can use an express delivery label for your package (at an additional cost) so that you receive the O-rings faster. In most cases, it is possible to have them delivered the next day. To arrange an express delivery you can send us an email. Please use your order number as reference.

It is also important to take a good look at when the O-rings can be delivered. This is because we have 2 different warehouses where the O-rings are located. For example, there may be O-rings that can be delivered within 3-4 working days. If this is the case, your order will only be sent when it is complete.
If you prefer a partial delivery in a case like this, this is an option that we can offer you (at an additional cost)

In the table at the bottom of this page, you will find the current rates for your package. The transit time is also shown in this table.

Return 

If you accidentally ordered the wrong O-rings, you can return them to us. To return the O-rings, it is important that you let us know by e-mail within 14 days after delivery of the O-rings.

After those 14 days, you have another 14 days to provide us with a track and trace code so that we can track the return shipment. In addition, it is also important that the O-rings are returned in their original packaging and have no signs of use.

The costs for returning orders are for the customer. If you are unable to book a shipment yourself, we can do this for you (at an additional cost).
