Help, VAT has been charged on my order, what now?

It is possible that VAT has been charged over your order even though you have entered a VAT number, or have entered an incorrect VAT number. This is ofcourse very annoying, and that is why we would like to solve this with you as soon as possible. This is how we do that:

  • You contact us so that we know about the situation. Then you provide us with the correct VAT number.
  • We will create a new order for you and send you the payment link for it, this time without the VAT charge.
  • When the payment has been received by us, we will credit the first order for which VAT has been charged.
