For deliveries within Europe, we primarily utilize GLS and DHL. For international shipments outside of Europe, we collaborate with TNT/FedEx, well-established carriers with global coverage.

For urgent orders, we offer an express delivery option. The cost of this service depends on the location of our stock and the final delivery address. This solution is particularly suitable for time-sensitive shipments and, in many cases, enables next-business-day delivery

We ship from two separate warehouses. As a result, certain items may require 5–7 business days before they are ready for dispatch. As a general rule, we ship orders only once all items are available.
If you would like to receive your order earlier, you may request an express transfer from our main warehouse to our office. The cost of this service is €50.00. If the express shipment is both requested and paid before 10:30 AM, we can typically dispatch the products the following business day. Please contact us to arrange this service.

You have the right to notify us via email of your intent to return (part of) your order within 14 days of receipt. Following this notification, you have an additional 14 days to return the products to us and share the track & trace code.
O-rings listed in the order confirmation with a 5–7 business day lead time may only be returned after prior consultation. If such items are returned without approval, we reserve the right to deny a refund. The following products are not eligible for return:
