  • Temperature range: -30°C to +135°C
  • Good resistance to: mineral oils, aliphatic hydrocarbons, hydraulic oils (H, H-L, H-LP), fire-resistant fluids (HFA, HFB, HFC), silicone oils, silicone greases, water (max. 80°C)
  • Not resistant to: aromatic and chlorinated hydrocarbons, polar solvents, fire-resistant fluids (HFD), brake fluids (glycol), ozone, aging

EPDM O-Rings

EPDM O-Rings
  • Temperature range: -45°C to +130°C (sulfur-coupled), -55°C to +150°C (peroxide-coupled)
  • Resistant to: hot water and steam, polar solvents (alcohols, ketones, esters), organic and inorganic acids and bases, washing fluids, silicone oils and greases, brake fluids (glycol), ozone, weather conditions, aging
  • Not resistant to: mineral oils, greases, motor fuels

FFKM - FFPM - Kalrez® O-rings

FFKM - FFPM - Kalrez® O-rings
  • Temperature range: -15°C to +270°C (with special grades: -40°C to +340°C)
  • Resistant to: virtually all chemicals, ozone, weather conditions, aging
  • Not resistant to: fluorinated compounds
  • Standard compounds: F758Z94 (equivalent to Kalrez 6375), F758Z96 (equivalent to Kalrez 4079)

FKM - FPM - Viton® O-Rings

FKM - FPM - Viton® O-Rings
  • Temperature range: -15°C to +200°C (with special grades down to -50°C)
  • Resistant to: mineral oils and greases, aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, chlorinated hydrocarbons, fire-resistant fluids (HFD), vegetable and animal oils and greases, silicone oils and greases, motor fuels, non-polar solvents, ozone, weather conditions, aging
  • Not resistant to: brake fluids (glycol), polar solvents (e.g., acetone), overheated steam, hot water, amines, alkalis, low molecular weight acids (e.g., acetic acid)

VMQ - MVQ - Silicone O-rings

VMQ - MVQ - Silicone O-rings
  • Temperature range: -60°C to +200°C (with special compounds up to +230°C)
  • Resistant to: vegetable and animal oils and greases, water (up to 100°C), organic and inorganic acids and bases, aliphatic motor and transmission oils, ozone, weather conditions, aging
  • Not resistant to: silicone oils and greases, aromatic mineral oils, motor fuels, water vapor above 120°C, acids and alkalis A
  • Applications: Silicone O-rings are widely used in the food and medical industries due to their almost universal FDA and EC1935/2004 certification.

O-ring PTFE-Teflon®

O-ring PTFE-Teflon®
  • Temperature range: -260°C to +200°C
  • Properties: very high thermal and chemical resistance, lowest friction coefficient of all sealing materials, ideal for dynamic applications
  • Application: suitable for food industry and medical technology due to physiological acceptance of pure, unfilled PTFE material
  • Advantages: recommended for dynamic applications due to low friction coefficient, wide temperature range, and excellent chemical resistance

FEP Encapsulated O-Rings

FEP Encapsulated O-Rings
  • Temperature range:
    • FKM / FEP: -15°C to +200°C
    • VMQ / FEP: -55°C to +200°C
  • Properties:
    • Core of FKM or VMQ, seamlessly sheathed with FEP, similar to PTFE
  • Advantages:
    • High chemical and thermal resistance
    • Low friction coefficient
    • Protection of the elastic core against aggressive influences
  • Application:
    • Ideal for high thermal and chemical loads

HNBR O-Rings

HNBR O-Rings
  • Temperature range: -30°C to +150°C (with special grades down to -50°C)
  • Properties: Achieved through selective hydrogenation of NBR, enhanced resistance to high temperatures, ozone, aging, and improved mechanical properties
  • Resistant to: mineral oils, aliphatic hydrocarbons, hydraulic oils (H, H-L, H-LP), fire-resistant fluids (HFA, HFB, HFC), silicone oils, silicone greases, water (max. 80°C)
  • Not resistant to: aromatic and chlorinated hydrocarbons, polar solvents, fire-resistant fluids (HFD), brake fluids (glycol), ozone, aging


FEPM - Aflas® O-rings

FEPM - Aflas® O-rings
  • Temperature range: -20°C to +200°C (short-term up to +230°C)
  • Properties: High-quality synthetic elastomer, peroxide-cured Tetrafluoroethylene/Propylene copolymer, specially developed for AED (Anti Explosive Decompression)
  • Resistant to: Steam, acids, hot water, oils, lubricants, acidic oil and gas, amine-based corrosion inhibitors
  • Application: Gas applications under high pressure, offers excellent resistance to steam, amines, bases, hydrogen sulfide, oils, lubricants, kerosene, and high pressure

  • ECO O-rings are resistant to mineral oils, fuels, and ozone.
  • ECO O-rings are resistant to temperatures from -30°C to +150°C

CR - Neoprene O-Rings

CR - Neoprene O-Rings
  • Temperature range: -40°C to +100°C
  • Properties: Good mechanical properties, resistant to ozone, weather conditions, and aging
  • Resistant to: Refrigerants (ammonia, carbon dioxide, freon), ozone, weather conditions, aging
  • Application: Suitable for outdoor applications and bellows due to weather and aging resistance


ACM O-Rings

ACM O-Rings
  • Temperature range: -30°C to +160°C
  • Properties: Good resistance to additive-containing mineral oils at higher temperatures, primarily used in the automotive sector
  • Resistant to: Engine, transmission, and ATF oils based on mineral oil, ozone, weather conditions, aging
  • Not resistant to: Glycol-based brake fluids, aromatic and chlorinated hydrocarbons, hot water, water vapor, acids, and alkalis
